The CA Intermediate January 2026 exam application process is as follows:
Visit the ICAI SSP website (https://eservices.icai.org/) from 3 November 2025
Login using your registration id and password or new user registration.
Complete your personal information, exam information and upload photo/signature along with other required documents
Process the application fee payment online. The application fee is Rs 1500 for a single group and Rs 2700 for both groups. Late fee of Rs 600 is applicable if the form is submitted between November 16 and November 19, 2025.
On successful payment, download the filled application form PDF and preserve it for your future reference.
In case, the photograph or signature is not appearing on the downloaded form, print the form, paste a recent colored passport-size photograph and sign manually and attest the form by Gazetted Officer/Chartered Accountant wherever necessary
Submit the form before the due date. No changes to the information will be allowed after the final submission of the form.
