How is the Result Computed for CA Foundation?

To achieve success in the ICAI CA Foundation results for June 2023, here’s what you need to aim for: score at least 40% marks in each subject and achieve an overall aggregate of 50% across all four subjects in a single attempt. It’s important to note that the ICAI CA Foundation exam pattern includes a negative marking system. For every incorrect answer, one-fourth of the marks allocated to that question will be deducted. Once the results are declared, the institute will also unveil the CA Foundation 2023 merit list, along with recognizing the top 50 rank holders for the June session.

Once the ICAI Foundation results are announced, the institute initiates the marks verification process for the June 2023 session exams. If you wish to apply for marks verification, here’s what you need to do:

1. Write a handwritten request, signing it personally.
2. Attach a demand draft along with your request.
3. The verification process may take around six to eight weeks.
4. If any alterations are made to your marks, the verification fee will be refunded.
5. The final results of candidates who undergo the verification process will be published on the official ICAI website.
