CS Executive 2024 Application Form

The CS Executive 2024 entrance exam application process is exclusively available online. Qualified candidates who wish to apply can follow the steps outlined below to complete and submit the application form.

1. Start by registering on the official website.
2. Click on the “CSEET” registration button.
3. Choose “Proceed to CSEET Registration” from the menu.
4. Provide your basic information, including qualifications, title (Mr./Ms./Mrs.), name, gender, category, date of birth, nationality, mobile number, etc.
5. Input your address details, including address, country, state/province, district, city, and postal code.
6. An exclusive request ID will be generated, which you should keep for future reference.
7. Payment information will appear on your screen. Click “Next.”
8. Upload the following documents as scanned images:
   • A recent passport-sized photograph of the candidate (20 to 50 kb in size).
   • Candidate’s signature (10 to 20 kb in size).
   • Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate (10th-grade diploma).
   • Copy of your 10+2 exam admit card or hall ticket, or 10+2 pass certificate or mark sheet if applying for a fee reduction.
   • Identity document (e.g., Aadhar card, passport, voter ID, PAN card, driving license, or ration card).
9. Please note that the accepted file formats for uploads are jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, or pdf, with a maximum file size of 2 MB.
10. Verify all information on the application form for accuracy before proceeding to pay the application fee.
11. Finally, take a printout of the completed application form and note down the transaction ID for your records.

CS Executive (CSEET) 2024 Admit Card Information:

• The CSEET admit card will be accessible online through the official website.
• Candidates can download the admit card by providing their basic registration details.
• The admit card is a crucial document containing important information such as the exam date, time, and venue.
• Only candidates with a valid admit card will be permitted to enter the examination hall.
• In case of any discrepancies in the admit card, candidates should contact ICSI at 0120-3314111 or 0120-6204999.
