How to Fill CMA Foundation Exam Form for June 2024

Steps to Fill the Exam Form:

Visit the Official Website: Go to the CMA’s official exam website or click on the provided link in this article.
Find the Exam Form Option: Look for the “Online Exam Application Form” option on the left side of the page under the examination section.
Access the Online Application: Click on “Online Application” and select “CMA Foundation” from the drop-down menu.
Fill Out the Form: Proceed to fill out the exam form by entering your details.
Upload Documents: Upload your photograph and signature in .jpg / .jpeg / .bmp format (file size should be 40 kb).
Choose Payment Mode: Select your preferred payment mode and make the payment of Rs. 1200 (excluding late fees).

Modes of Filling and Last Date of CMA Foundation Exam Form

Availability:
The CMA Foundation exam form is available only in online mode. Candidates must visit the official website of ICMAI to fill out the exam forms for any session.

Payment Options:
Examination fees for CMA Foundation can be paid through the following modes:

Online Payment: Candidates can pay the fees using net banking, debit card, or credit card.
Bank Challan: Candidates can generate a bank challan of IDBI bank (pay-fee module) after filling up the online examination form. The bank challan printout can be obtained for making the payment at their respective IDBI branches within the due date.

Application Process for Overseas Centres

Offline Application:
Candidates opting for CMA Foundation overseas centres must apply offline. They need to download the examination application form from the Institute’s website at icmai.in.

Payment Method:
Candidates must send a Demand Draft along with the filled exam form. The Demand Draft should be made in favour of ‘The Institute of Cost Accountants of India’, payable at Kolkata.

Refund Policy for CMA Foundation Exam Fee

Non-Refundable Fee:
The examination fee once paid by candidates is non-refundable, except in cases where the candidate provides documentary evidence for transfer of the examination fee to the next examination. This is allowed only if the candidate was prevented from attending an examination by circumstances beyond their control.

Application Process:
Candidates seeking a refund must apply with documentary evidence within 15 days from the last date of the CMA Foundation exam. The application should be submitted to the Institute for consideration. If approved, the fees may be adjusted towards the fee payable for the next examination only.

CMA Foundation Admit Card 2024

Download Process:
After the exam form window is closed, ICMAI will release the CMA Foundation admit card for the June 2024 exams. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website of ICMAI. It is important to note that the institute will not send the hard copy of the admit card to any candidate by post.
